Original Packaging Requirement : The buyer must retain the original package, packaging materials, and items until the issue is resolved. Failure to keep these items will result in cancellation of the return process.

Return Process : Upon approval of a return request, we will arrange for a pickup from your doorstep at no cost to you.

Condition of Items : Items such as motors, lithium-ion batteries, and other sensitive components that show signs of soldering, tearing, or damage are not eligible for refund or return.

Verification and Refund/Replacement : Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the problem matches your description, we will send you a replacement item via courier or refund your money.

Refund Deductions : If the item is found to be in good working condition or if the issue does not match your description, we will deduct the courier charges for both sides and refund only the item price.

Time Limit : Inform us of any issues within 6 days of receiving your courier to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions : Certain items like BMS and Power Bank Modules cannot be returned if they show signs of soldering.

Missing Items : If any items are missing from your courier delivery, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the courier. We will promptly send the missing item/items to you.

Order Cancellation : Once your order is confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Timeline : Refunds may take up to 1 to 2 weeks to reflect in your account after processing.
