Warranty Policy
At Machine Tools and Solutions E-Cycle, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our warranty policy ensures that our customers receive support and coverage for any defects in materials or workmanship.
Duration : Our products come with a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Scope : The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.
Components Covered :
○ Motors
○ Lithium-ion batteries
○ Battery packs
○ Other electronic components
Exclusions : The warranty does not cover :
○ Normal wear and tear
○ Damage due to improper installation or use
○ Items with visible signs of soldering, tearing, or other physical damage
○ Consumable parts such as fuses and connectors unless damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship

Required Information : When reporting an issue, please provide the following information:
○ Order Number
○ Invoice Copy
○ Photos and/or videos of the defect
○ Detailed description of the problem
Return Process : After approval of your warranty claim, we will arrange for a return pickup from your doorstep at no cost to you. The buyer must keep the original packaging, packaging materials, and items until the problem is resolved. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the warranty process.
Inspection and Resolution : Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund.
Shipping Charges : If the item is found to be free of defects or if the problem is not covered under the warranty, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
For certain items like BMS and Power Bank Modules, warranty claims will not be accepted if there are solder marks or other signs of tampering.
In some cases, the buyer may need to send the items back to us if we are unable to arrange a return pickup
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
